Your laundry loads are collected and delivered directly to your door by an extensive network of fully trained drivers, who for efficiency are very familiar with the areas we serve and the services our company provides. Our normal turnaround time for ironing is 24-48 hours depending on your area and day of the week. We supply each customer with personalised laundry bags for both professional and hygienic reasons which help facilitate the collection and delivery of your laundry. The service loads for ironing are priced according to their weight, and your laundry is always weighed by a member of our team right in front of you on collection and an advice note is then issued.

Articles of clothing such as shirts, blouses, trousers, skirts and dresses are returned on hangers which we supply and wrapped in protective plastic. Other items such as bedding, t-shirts children’s clothes are usually lightly folded, wrapped and returned in the laundry bags we supply. Customers may request hanging or folding for any articles of clothing in their laundry load- which ever they prefer. Customers can also request that items be all folded or all hanged.

The turnaround time for our dry-cleaning, washing and laundry services is normally 48 hours. For garment repairs and alterations, the turnaround times vary, depending on the nature and size of the task.
